Honey Balsamic Salmon with Crispy Parmesan Edges

Here we have another great salmon dish shared by my friend Debbie Marcum.

The honey and balsamic glaze combined with some Parmesan for a little crunch is simply Next Level. Get ready for a table with Yummy Noises!!! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and brush generously with the glaze.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the edges and top of each fillet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the Parmesan turns golden and crispy.

Let the salmon rest for a minute before plating.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Blessed be… and happy cooking!
